Note: the restaurant is located inside Kongfu Dumplings. We weren’t sure if the dumplings place is still operational or if both restaurants are sharing the rent. The sign for Silk Road is there, but it’s extremely hard to see at night. We dined at Silk Road yesterday and enjoyed our food! Borscht was amazingly delicious with two decent pieces of beef. We also ordered beef kebabs (шашлык) with rice and roasted vegetables. Everything was delicious! I have to say the place is tiny. When we arrived, it was full. They have 6 booths inside and a few tables in the middle. There was a large group dining in and they sat them in the middle, so only two small tables were available, and that’s where we sat until a booth became available. The restaurant is authentic and the staff is super friendly! Loved the food and the atmosphere.

Halal Nice small restaurant with tradition Uzbek cuisine. We tried the pilov, langma noodles, and dumplings. Everything was super delicious and the staff were kind. One note is the pilov could use a bit more flavour compared to the homemade kind from our Uzbek friends but overall the prices were quite reasonable (31 for two entrees).

Fantastic food with friendly service. We got the manti, beef plov, spicy fried lagman, and a honey cake. All of the food was great and the portions were pretty large. The highlight of the dinner was the honey cake -- absolutely cannot miss. It's made in house and is truly special.

Cozy place with pillows for seating. Our hostess was very attentive. And there was a TV for entertainment. Enjoyed the glass water bottles - clean and crisp taste. Not a fan of beef, but did enjoy the manti appetizer, beef samsa, eggplant salad, salmon samsa, and lamp kabab.

Good food especially the lamb plov. Honey cake was really good must recommend. Spent about 70 for the food in the pictures. The server was really good kept bringing things as soon as she saw we were done with one dish and brought the cake at the end.

My first time dining here! Food was okay, service was a little spotty. I am gonna give them five stars tho because we weren’t ideal patrons. I got the Plov, which was hearty but a little too simple for my tastes. It was literally beef and carrots and rice. The menu said that, but I guess I had been hoping for more vegetables. It was good overall though!

First time dining in at the Silk Road and I must say it's one of the best Uzbeki foods I've had. Our server was extremely nice and really good at her job. I will definitely dine in again and highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, savoring the Plov Beef, Borscht Soup, and Beef Samosas. All dishes were exceptional. Anastasia provided outstanding and attentive service. We look forward to returning to explore further menu options.
